Hassle-free Returns & Refunds
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 to 10 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- If the product is damaged or wrong, Sonex will cover return shipping.

- If the customer changes their mind customer may bear return charges.
- Original invoice/order confirmation is required.
How to Return:
- Contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Exchanges:
- Exchange requests are handled for products of equal value. Contact support to confirm availability.
