Hassle-free Returns & Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 to 10 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • If the product is damaged or wrong, Sonex will cover return shipping.
  • If the product is damaged or wrong, Sonex will cover return shipping.
  • If the customer changes their mind customer may bear return charges.
  • Original invoice/order confirmation is required.

How to Return:

  • Contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • Exchange requests are handled for products of equal value. Contact support to confirm availability.
